Aside from ceremonies already mentioned on this website, there are many other types of bespoke ceremonies which allow us to mark the most significant moments in our lives.

Anniversaries, retirement, and significant birthdays are momentous and definitely worthy of marking with a bespoke ceremony to remember. I also offer humorous and anecdotal after dinner speeches for all occasions.

Other milestones in your life's journey are also occasions you might want to mark, such as re-uniting with long lost family or friends. Although these type of celebrations don't necessarily spring to mind initially.

These can be either big extravagant ceremonies or small and intimate celebrations – it's up to you how you choose to mark them. As Celebrant it can be part of my job to write and deliver something completely unique to your celebration and the way you would like to mark it.

FOR NEW LIFE - NAMING CEREMONIES

Naming ceremonies can be a wonderful experience. They can be an alternative solution to religious christenings or baptisms. Of course, depending on the individuals personal beliefs.

They can still include spiritual references, readings and songs, but there are no rules for them

to do so. Ceremonies I conduct are created bespoke to each person and family, after talking to those involved.

Naming ceremonies are usually held for babies or young children coming into the world, but there are no hard and fast rules that say they can't be held for older children, adopted children, or in the event of adults having changed their name.

Whatever the circumstance, naming ceremonies offer a marvellous opportunity to welcome and celebrate new life and in some cases, new beginnings. If you have any other ceremonies in mind where I might be of help, please complete the form opposite to share these with me.
